Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies in collaboration with hiring managers, understanding job requirements, and creating candidate profiles.

  • Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist in the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, maintaining timely communication with candidates.
  • Maintain accurate records in the HRIS system and provide regular reports to senior management on recruitment metrics and progress.
  • Utilize various channels like job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, overseeing recruitment databases and documentation, and participating in recruitment events.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements, and recommend improvements to enhance recruitment processes.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE FOR SUCCESS:

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field with proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination.
  • Exhibit strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Show understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in talent acquisition processes.
  • Demonstrate proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented characteristics with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with adaptability and openness to change.
