Noel Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Manager to join clients team and lead their corporate sales efforts, driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with corporate clients. Our client is a prestigious luxury hotel known for its impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, and world-class amenities.

As the Corporate Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to attract and retain corporate clients. Your primary goal will be to maximize revenue from corporate accounts by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and delivering exceptional service that aligns with the hotel's high standards.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract corporate clients and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, and negotiate contracts with corporate clients.
  • Work closely with the events team to coordinate and manage corporate events, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Manage sales budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, operations, and the front office, to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate sales role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • In-depth understanding of the corporate market and the luxury hospitality industry.
  • Proficient in sales management software and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
