- Guide the strategic planning process by outlining objectives, priorities, schedules, and resource distribution.
- Formulate strategic initiatives, action blueprints, and KPIs for tracking progress and gauging the achievement of strategic aims.
- Foster inter-departmental collaboration and synergy to ensure efficient execution of strategic undertakings.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory modifications, and market dynamics to steer informed decision-making and make necessary plan adjustments.
- Prepare and present strategic recommendations, business justifications, financial models, and performance evaluations to senior leadership and stakeholders to facilitate decision-making processes.
- Promote a culture of continual enhancement, innovation, and excellence in strategic planning and execution.
- Serve as a strategic consultant to senior management, offering insights and suggestions on critical business matters.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced qualification is desirable.
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning, business development, or similar roles, preferably within the BPO or professional services domain.
- Demonstrated strong analytical acumen enabling data analysis, insight derivation, and strategy development.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills allowing effective influence and collaboration across all organizational levels.
- Proven track record of devising and executing successful strategic plans that fuel business growth and profitability.
- Proficiency in project management encompassing planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic initiatives.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business requisites.
- Strategic mindset focused on outcomes, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to driving measurable results.
