We are looking for a Listings Advisor to join our well established Listings Department based in our Finance Practice Group.
Listings - Arthur Cox LLP
Key Responsibilities
- Submitting and processing trade documents/final terms to the relevant European competent authorities and Stock Exchanges.
- Entering high volume of trades and data into our databases.
- Obtaining codes as required such as LEI and ISIN codes.
- Submitting news releases to the relevant Stock Exchanges.
- Preparing relevant support forms and documents for submission to Stock Exchange and supporting the listing team with deadlines.
- Administration tasks related to Euronext's anti-money laundering operations.
- Dealing with/allocating queries from clients and other internal Departments.
- Monitoring the timely delivery of various notices to clients.
- Liaising with the Central Bank of Ireland.
- Other administration work, as required.
- Preferably 2-3 years relevant / related experience of submitting announcements and final terms to stock exchanges.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong administrative, data entry, and general IT skills.
- Proven query management, communication and business writing skills.
- Customer centric approach with the ability to put our clients first.
- Collaborative approach with strong ability to work well with other team members.
- Proven time management, organisational and prioritisation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience and/or a qualification in finance/business administration, business or a related area.
- An energetic team player, who is able to multi task, work independently and to strict deadlines.
- Proficient knowledge and experience in using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
