This position entails relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices, or remote engagement from other countries (excluding Russia and Belarus).

Tasks
  • Managing a team of bonus and compensation specialists (3 individuals)
  • Analyzing the effectiveness of current bonus and compensation schemes, devising optimal benefit and incentive setups in the company's operational geographies
  • Creating and executing strategies to enhance employee benefits and motivation
  • Setting benchmarks and tracking regulatory shifts related to benefits
  • Engaging in the vetting process for benefit service providers
  • Budgeting, cost evaluation, deploying C&B planning and management tools
  • Streamlining and integrating automation systems for efficient C&B administration
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in C&B/Total Rewards within organizations boasting transparent and well-structured processes (particularly IT, FMCG sectors)
  • Robust managerial acumen with over 2 years of team leadership exposure
  • Proven track record in global C&B initiatives, adeptness in handling diverse locations and bonus provision structures internationally
  • Proficiency in English and Russian, at a minimum B2 level
  • Adaptability at work, with our offer of a flexible schedule and remote work options worldwide (excluding Russian Federation and Republic of Belarus), focusing solely on outcomes
