About the Role

This position entails overseeing all third-party sales and commercial partnerships to drive sales across the Irish Brand Homes portfolio. It involves close collaboration with the Marketing/Brand team to ensure synergy between marketing campaigns and sales activities, resulting in quality sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial partnerships and B2B clients, cultivating new accounts, maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts, and effectively promoting Brand Homes to the community and internal partners.
  • Achieve growth and profitability targets for partnerships and B2B sales by spearheading global Trade Show event plans.
  • Handle the end-to-end sales process for the portfolio through a CRM system, covering lead generation, database management, account management, and monitoring sales activities to meet set targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of current traveler and consumer preferences, collaborate with agencies, luxury travel providers, and incentive groups, partner with tourism associations and the community to drive sales and visitor numbers, while managing occupancy and yield effectively.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing/Brand, Innovation, Retail, and Finance teams to develop products and experiences that boost sales, enhance brand visibility, and align with the Brand Homes Strategy.

Role Requirements:

  • ESSENTIAL: Experience in sales within an international visitor experience or tourism management company.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop sales and commercial partnerships, optimize revenue, and formulate yield and pricing strategies.
  • Capability and prior experience in conceiving, designing, and executing a compelling international sales strategy.
  • Proficiency in managing and optimizing digital and CRM systems like Salesforce (among others), including automation and segmentation.
  • Data-driven, with strong analytical skills to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Skilled negotiator with a knack for devising creative solutions to challenges and barriers.
  • Confidence to challenge conventional approaches in driving commercial growth, establishing fruitful client contracts and partnerships that foster expansion.
  • Proficient in IT, capable of handling electronic data, online sales, and comfortable with new technologies, networks, and systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field such as sales or commerce is a must.
  • Experience in e-commerce sales and development is advantageous.
