Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with Global & Local Stakeholders to integrate loyalty initiatives into marketing campaigns.
  • Establishing and managing the loyalty program.
  • Overseeing the Rewards Calendar & Rewards Communication Calendar with local partners.
  • Crafting and enhancing customer offers across our brands to boost engagement, loyalty, and business impact.
  • Leading the end-to-end development and implementation of proposed offers, coordinating with various teams for seamless execution.
  • Configuring rewards within the loyalty platform.
  • Enhancing collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Setting targets with local markets and providing regular progress updates.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar capacity.
  • Valuable background in Digital Marketing.
  • Prior involvement with Loyalty Programs.
  • Emphasis on cross-collaboration, with a keen interest in process optimization.
  • Utilizing data insights to drive consumer engagement.
  • Proficiency in working with CMS, CRM, and loyalty tools from previous roles.
