You are an experienced demand gen marketer with a proven track record of strategising as well as implementing, and executing data-driven marketing programs that achieve ambitious targets. You are known for your communication skills, juggling and priortisation abilities and work well with a tight-knit, friendly, and high-performing team. You also have strong collaboration skills and are able to work cross-functionally to execute programs. You're known for being able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a clear set of priorities. The Marketing team is a high-profile part of our EMEA org, the primary driver of Clio's lead generation machine. We lead strategic campaigns and initiatives that attract, engage, and convert target segments in the legal industry.

What you'll work on:

Develop Clio's customer acquisition strategy for UK and Ireland, identifying marketing opportunities that can unlock lead generation to achieve our revenue goals (strategy, scheduling, budgeting, forecasts, implementation);

Partner closely with the marketing, sales, and revenue operations teams to monitor metrics, gather feedback, and achieve results, adjusting programs as needed to meet goals;

Launch and optimise demand generation campaigns including email, and owned channels that drive awareness and ultimately convert, driving revenue;

Collaborate with our Global paid acquisition team to capture and create demand through paid channels;

Manage events for this region, promoting Clio and generating new leads alongside our Sales function;

Build our community of industry partners (law societies/ local bar associations, legal experts, integration partners, and marketing partners) and execute lead generation activities through these relationships;

Identify and execute on any media opportunities, webinars or regional events, digital or printed advertising to build awareness and drive leads to Clio;

Optimise our sales funnel and understand how we can best drive efficiencies in our targeting and segmentation and email cadences

What you should have:

5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, demand generation focused marketing organisation;

Excellent analytical skills and experience measuring data-driven marketing programs;

Ability to plan, organise, and execute multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines;

Strong communication, presentation, project management, and writing skills;

Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies;

Comfort making decisions with imperfect information;

Superior marketing skills across multiple paid and organic channels;

A focus on driving leads and opportunities;

Flexibility and adaptability to change.

Experience in B2B SaaS

Legal industry knowledge and/or experience

Familiarity with Asana, Salesforce, Looker and Dreamdata

The expected salary range* for this role is €66,300 to €89,700 EUR. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.In addition, this role is eligible for variable pay that is based on company performance, with actual payout amounts calculated and paid on a quarterly basis

*Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
