What you will enjoy doing

  • As part of this role, you will provide BOC Gases Ireland with excellent frontline customer service while handling all incoming customer phone traffic.
  • Participating in all CSA team responsibilities, processing orders for Industrial, Medical, Special Gases, Cryospeed, and Hospitality customers, assisting with queries, opening accounts, technical troubleshooting, delivery inquiries, and cylinder issues.
  • You will maintain a professional, courteous, and customer-focused environment for handling customer calls, ensuring our Grade of Service target is consistently achieved.
  • In addition, you will contribute to VOC, E-Channel, and other campaigns or sales promotions to enhance Customer Experience.
  • Working as part of the team to uphold Customer Care Office Grade of Service daily, aligned with Department KPIs.
  • You will log, resolve, or escalate queries according to agreed processes, thereby enhancing the efficiency of our debt management process.
  • Furthermore, you will ensure the DIFOT target service level is met by paying maximum attention to detail to prevent unnecessary service failures.
  • Being involved in SHEQ activities in the Customer Care Office.
