What you will do as an International HR Specialist in Companjon

  • International Remote Team Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert for our international remote teams and be the first point of contact to our EOR.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management: Serve as the first point of contact for remote employees from onboarding to offboarding, providing support and ensuring a smooth experience throughout their journey with the company.
  • HR Projects: Lead a portfolio of HR projects with a hands-on approach, from conception through to successful execution. Projects may include the integration of AI and automation into HR practices.
  • HR Programs Delivery: Work with HR colleagues to deliver comprehensive HR services such as talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Learning & Development: Design, implement and champion a continuous learning culture that aligns with the company's strategic goals, leveraging the latest educational technology and methodologies.
  • Data-Driven Projects: Implement and oversee HR analytics projects to gain insights into talent acquisition, retention, and engagement, supporting data-driven decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

What you will need to succeed

  • HR experience in a startup or dynamic international setting, with a successful track record of managing innovative HR projects.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Creative problem-solver with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for startup culture.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to solving HR challenges.
  • Adept in advising and coaching leaders and employee engagement strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in other languages is a plus.
