Position Description:
The Client Service Coordinator will manage the implementation of Fund Administration and Depositary Services ("services") to new and existing clients. This individual will also assist the Relationship Managers on a number of key relationships and be responsible for working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll do:
- Project Management - Manage the full implementation process in accordance with SEI's project plan and governance framework
- Partner with SEI's clients and key internal stakeholders to develop an implementation strategy
- Conduct regular launch meetings to ensure adherence to project plan and milestones
- Prepare sales and new business checklists
- Cost model & new business committee process
- Work with vendors when applicable for third party services
- Assist the RM in all aspects of client governance
- Collate and monitor KPI's
- Ensure the SLD is up to date and relevant
- Due Diligence requests
- Act as a quarterback for internal engagement
- Host internal calls with SEI leadership team
What you will bring to the table:
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years fund or financial services experience
- Third Level Degree in Finance or related field
- Fund Services – Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, Middle Office, Custody experience/knowledge required
- Working knowledge of fund administration systems
- Extensive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word
- Knowledge of fund structures
- Understand the theoretical and technical nature of fund administration
- Operations and customer service experience (desirable)
- Project Management Certifications (desirable)
