Job Description:

Representing the interests of Automatic Sales, this role focuses on positively showcasing the organization to customers and prospects. The Inside Auto Sales Executive will be the primary point of contact for potential customers, promoting Shred-it's document destruction services and collaborating with the Sales Executive or National Account Sales Executive for significant orders.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct a high volume of sales calls daily, promoting services for one-time and regular contracts.
  • Manage a pipeline of potential customers and new leads efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of activities and prospects using the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed activity and productivity targets.
  • Negotiate business service sales following set processes and company policies.
  • Stay informed about market conditions to enhance Shred-it's position in the industry.
  • Provide valuable insights to the sales leadership team based on client feedback.
  • Promote a positive and professional sales attitude, upholding high standards for customer service and environmental awareness.
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert for the range of Shred-it services.
Requirements:

Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree preferred.

Experience: 0-1 year of experience required. Basic knowledge preferred. Must pass the vetting process. A driver's license is a plus. Legal eligibility to work in Ireland and a clean criminal record are mandatory.

Skills: Strong computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Motivated by success, energetic, and results-oriented. Strong negotiator with exceptional listening skills.
