Reporting to the European Commercial Director, you will be working within your given region with the sales and marketing department to contribute to the regional growth. You will be expected to support and collaborate across the whole team to develop business and project specification.

The PACS business is highly visible and one of our most significant portfolios within HID Global. The PACS products include smart cards, mobile access and identifications, software, services and controllers for physical access control.

As our Inside Sales Representative , you'll support HID's success by:

  • Recruiting, ensuring onboarding and managing customer requests through a structured marketing and sales approach, presenting the added value of HID offers to existing and potential new customers.
  • Managing and monitoring customer contacts that follow the marketing campaigns referenced in the CRM.
  • Ensuring regular follow-up with our customers in order to provide an advisory approach, analyzing and understanding their needs, and providing optimization solutions.
  • Supporting the Regional Sales Team in the evangelization of our portfolio of offers and our value proposition.
  • Keeping yourself informed regularly of the evolution of HID product and service offerings, and of transformations in the group's strategy regarding new offers offered to customers.

Your Experience and Education include:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing accounts
  • Demonstrable ability to hit sales targets
  • Previous experience of selling Physical Access Control solutions would be an advantage.
  • Experience in a solution selling environment specifically Saas and/or Cloud based licensing models would be desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work as a self-starter, but also a work effectively as part of a team
  • Hands on attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects, successfully prioritizing
  • Knowledge/experience of selling RFID / Physical Access Control solutions
