Als Sales Manager bei Mawave bist du Teil unseres Growth Teams und treibst damit das Wachstum der am schnellsten wachsenden Social-Media Agentur Europas voran Deine Deals und Umsatzziele setzen sich zu 70% aus Inbound-Leads und 30% auf Warm/Cold-Outreach zusammen. Du wirst etablierte Consumer Brands und führende Scale-Ups dabei eigenständig und vollumfänglich beraten, wie sie maximalen Social Media Outcomes für ihre Unternehmen erwirken können.

Deine Aufgaben sind unter anderem:
  • Du betreust den gesamten Sales-Cycle unserer Inbound Anfragen - vom Erstgespräch über die Angebotserstellung bis zum Closing.
  • Du bist aktiv in der Leadgenerierung (Mail, LinkedIn, Telefon,...) und sourced dir so eigenständig weitere Lead-Opportunities.
  • Du pflegst unser CRM-System (Hubspot) und hältst alle Deal- und Kunden-Informationen aktuell.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit den operativen Teams zusammen, um die perfekten Lösungen anzubieten.
  • Bei unseren Events und Messen bist du am Start und stürzt dich gerne in jedes Gespräch.
Dein Profil
  • Du verfügst entweder über 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im B2B Sales oder hast Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media, idealerweise in einer Agentur, gesammelt und jetzt Bock auf Sales.
  • Du kannst dich in die Herausforderungen unserer Zielkunden, etablierte Consumer und D2C Scales-Ups, hineinversetzen und kannst Ihnen individuelle Lösungen anbieten.
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Interesse und Verständnis für Social Media (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube Shorts).
  • Du bist kommunikativ stark und hast Freude am Kontakt mit Kunden.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und hast keine Scheu, Dinge proaktiv und mutig anzugehen.
  • Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und bringst ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative mit.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
