Context
The Project Support Administrator role holder will be responsible for providing continuous business administration, management, and support services to our major infrastructure project in Dublin, assisting in carrying out day-to-day functional activities, in compliance with our clients policies and procedures.
Missions/Main Duties
Receiving, following up and responding to telephone enquiries in relation to BusConnect Dublin
Acting as a liaison between members of the project team and relevant centralised IT, HR and facilities support as required
Providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of BusConnect Dublin project as required
Support the project leads in developing and maintaining a detailed resourcing plan for the Business Support sub-functional area and monitoring progress against the plan
Demonstrate behaviours aligned with SYSTRA's behavioural framework by actively fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, respect, and empowerment, contributing to an environment where all colleagues can thrive, achieve, and grow together.
Profile/Skills
It is desirable for the Project Support Administrator to possess the following skills:
Business Administration experience
Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to govern and drive outcomes to ensure high quality service delivery.
Ability to deal with and resolve unforeseen risks and issues.
Ability to step back from the detail and take a holistic overview.
Ability to prioritise effectively, meet deadlines and deliver consistent service.
High level of attention to detail.
Fully proficient in the use of MS Office applications and other project tools and methodologies.
