Role: General Site Administration BCAR Administration Quality Control H&S Paperwork Administration, etc.
Document control for the site management team Procurement of site materials and reporting to Head Office for on-site accounts activities Maintenance of the site order book and reconciliation of orders with delivery dockets Inspection of deliveries when feasible Administration of returns in accordance with Company policy Verification of invoices and dockets before submission to Head Office Data entry and backup tasks Requirements: A minimum of 1 year's prior experience ideally in construction Preference for a construction-related degree Diligence and a strong attention to detail are essential Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must Excellent verbal and written communication skills Salary & Benefits: €40,000 €50,000 Benefits If you are a Site Clerk contemplating a career transition, please feel free to submit your CV or reach out to Declan Hasson for a confidential discussion.
