Salary is dependent on experience.About the Role:RT Largeis one of Irelands leading wholesale and distribution companies for the plumbing and bathroom sector in Ireland.We are continually expanding to meet the growing needs of the Irish market.Due to this growth we are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Showroom & Sales Administrator to become part of our busy sales team.This diverse position involves assisting with showroom activities, providing excellent customer service, supporting the sales team, and handling a range of administrative duties.We're seeking someone who is well-organised, personable and confident in managing various tasks in a fast-paced setting.Key Responsibilities:Schedule showroom appointments & Greet visitors when they arrive to the showroomProvide expert advice on bathroom layout & design, ensuring selected products are suitable for the customer's spaceEnsure the showroom area is kept clean at all timesProcessing telephone, email and website enquiries from customers and trade professionalsGenerate Sales Quotations, Sales OrdersOutbound telephone sales: promoting existing and new products.Process sales orders via logistics department.Liaise with customers to inform them of any discrepancies or stock availability issues and find a suitable alternative product where necessary.Internal Sales support to field sales reps.Provide product and after sales support to customers and end users.Proactive office-based selling to increase sales.Dealing with customer price queriesKey Behaviours:Ability to liaise well with colleagues to ensure customer satisfactionAbility to build robust relationships with colleagues and customersPleasant and professional appearance and telephone manner.A high level of organisational skills & the ability to multi-taskA desire to learn about our products, systems and customersGood interpersonal skills to work with management and staff at all levelsBenefitsCareer DevelopmentMonday to Friday Working HoursPaid OvertimeFree Onsite ParkingBike To Work SchemeEmployee Assistance ProgrammeAdditional Annual LeaveJob Type: Full-timePay: From €30,****** per yearBenefits:Additional leaveBike to work schemeEmployee assistance programOn-site parkingEducation:Advanced/Higher Certificate (preferred)Experience:Showroom: 2 years (preferred)Sales Administrative or Retail: 2 years (preferred)Work Location: In personReference ID: RTL3
