Overviewaparto is an accommodation and student experience provider based in the UK and Ireland, providing amazing experiences in all our communities by investing in our people, our facilities and our brand.It's a really exciting and inspiring new employment opportunity and the great chance to be part of a unique professional experience at the same time.aparto believes in student homes, not student rooms, and we want to provide the best experience possible.We strive to constantly improve.To take feedback from our teams, our residents, and our business partners.We aim to provide safe, fun places to live and work.ResponsibilitiesRole ProfileThis role might suit someone who is friendly, reliable and has great attention to detail.This new and exciting opportunity is tailored towards someone who is looking to join an award winning student accommodation platform and work alongside a like-minded team.To support our sales & leasing, provide best in class customer service and administrative support to the aparto team.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:To manage all general student related queries and correspondenceTo provide weekly performance updates to the management teamTo ensure that our Marketing Suite is kept up to date and ready for site toursTo make appointments and assist with viewings of the Marketing SuiteTo participate in face to face marketing activities such as student fairs, and experience programmeTo inspect flats, room and kitchens during our turnaround periodTo assist with the summer turnaround period; to include resident check outs and check insTo prepare the documentation and welcome packs for all new residentsTo represent as Ambassadors for Front-Of-HouseTo manage, improve and update the office information systemsQualificationsPerson SpecificationWe have great people who put the customer at the forefront everything we do.The successful candidate will always be encouraged to have fun whilst remaining dedicated to improving aparto's service and offering.Outgoing and happy member of a teamEnthusiasticWillingness to get involved in social experiencesA desire to learn and to continually developWilling to attend relevant training days/sessionsWilling to seek feedback and review ways to improveWe are an equal opportunity employer and support workforce diversity.No calls or emails from third parties at this time please.#J-*****-Ljbffr
