The Business Operations Manager is a dynamic, organised, collaborative individual with responsibility for hands on project management as well day to day oversight of the administrative support team including Human Resources, Office Management, and Service Delivery. An Ideal candidate will have strong relationship management, communication, project management and business analysis skills. Responsibilities and duties: Oversee day-to-day operations to create smooth workflow and ensure established procedures are followed. Work with department leads to achieve operational goals. Identify areas for operational improvement and implement processes to enhance efficiency and ensure quality. Work with our operations team by assigning tasks, setting performance goals, and providing ongoing and constructive feedback. Manage resource allocation, including personnel, budgets, and tech. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers. Develop mitigation strategies to protect operations and reduce disruptions. Oversee projects related to process improvement, operational efficiency, and cost reduction. Qualifications/Experience: Bachelors or Masters degree in business, operations management, business administration, or a related field (or relevant work and educational experience). 3+ years in operations management within a technical services business, with a track record of achieving operational goals and improving efficiency, or equivalent experience.
