Responsibilities Examples of your business impact activities:
Sales Execution: Engage in conversations with customers aligned to their industry, collaborate with account and partner teams to drive and qualify new opportunities, and build pipelines. Customer Business and Technology Readiness: Identify customer readiness, proactively build stakeholder maps, implement strategies to accelerate deal closing, contribute to strategic planning, coach junior team members, and execute close plans. Scaling and Collaboration: Apply role orchestration models, navigate the Microsoft organization to maximize impact, collaborate with Global Partner Solutions (GPS), identify new partners, develop joint proposals, and contribute to partner strategies. Technical Expertise: Share competitor knowledge, lead conversations, mentor others, develop strategies for best practices, analyze competitors, and act as a subject matter expert in solution areas. Teamwork and Results Delivery: Drive project execution, collaborate with teams, and leverage others in work streams. Business Value Selling: Lead envisioning phases, craft compelling propositions with financial options, develop narratives around business outcomes, and establish industry thought leadership. Sales Execution Excellence: Utilize digital tools for pipeline discovery, orchestrate sales processes using Microsoft methodologies, and engage partner ecosystems to scale efforts. Qualifications Education, Skills, and Knowledge:
Fluency in Norwegian and English at a professional level is mandatory. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. 4+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience, or a related degree with 3+ years of experience, or equivalent experience. Experience selling CRM/ERP or similar SaaS, cloud-based applications to large enterprises, exceeding sales targets. Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
