As one of Ireland's leading companies in Health & Safety, we are now recruiting for various positions due to growth in our business.
We are seeking a Receptionist/Office Administrator who is looking to make a move into a truly fulfilling, dynamic industry.
The role offers flexible working arrangements, and part-time applicants will also be considered.
Responsibilities:
Meet and greet trainees, customers, and clients
Operate the switchboard
Prepare training rooms
Provide administrative support
Assist the Sales team
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' office/reception experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational skills
Motivated, confident, eager to learn, with a strong work ethic
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive
Flexibility and good business sense are essential
