Business Analyst

Base Location:Dublin or Belfast (Hybrid working pattern)
Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 (ROI) or £36,000 - £42,000 (NI) + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.
Working Pattern: 9-month Fixed Term Contract | Full Time | Flexible First options available
The role Our Business Analyst will work with the business to plan and roll out training, create scripts, update web content, map out changes to core business processes and help translate regulation into business process.
***Please note that we cannot provide sponsorship or fully remote working for this role*** You will Work with business to clarify requirements, to plan implementation and to answer queries through the development processIdentify, determine and document end-to-end business processesAttend external workshops and present updates back to the business, and host internal workshops to get feedback to present back to the industryCarry out in depth scoping exercises during the early stages of a work package, to identify key issues of concern and ascertain clear directionIdentify and assess business riskYou have Demonstrable experience in a similar role, supporting business critical changesHands on experience organising and running workshopsA clear understanding of the gas and electricity industry, metering standards, regulations and UX/CXExperience providing business updates to multiple business areasA background in creating business process documentation and process redesignAbout SSE SSE has a bold ambition – to be a leading energy company in a net zero world.
