Job Description
The below job description is designed to provide an overview of the role however tasks are not limited to the below:
Collaborates with team manager and stakeholders to understand the business processes and support these by offering insights and direction based on analytics from previous workstreams carried out within the business.
Identifies and establishes scope of requirements & analysis on a campaign-by-campaign basis to define the outputs and impact, against agreed metrics.
Researches, reviews, and analyses the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
Participates in the selection of any requirements documentation software solutions that the organization may opt to use.
Review current suite of reporting and build recommendations that would automate reports where appropriate.
Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to both our clients and our management teams
Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options, and allows the business to provide functional clear insights back to the business.
Builds agent level reporting dashboards that will assist with the management of the team as well as identify areas of opportunity.
Plays an active role in reviewing business outputs on a regular basis with a view to make recommendations based on what the data is showing.
Ability to tell a clear story and build recommendations based on data sets.

Business Analyst Qualifications / Skills
Advanced knowledge of Power BI
ECDL qualification and/or demonstrable experience.
Literacy in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and/or other data management software.
Knowledge of VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables and Macros.
Pro-active thinker and problem solver who can make recommendations to the business based on analysis.
Can work on own initiative as well as being a strong Team player.
Good oral, written and interpersonal communication skills in the English language.
Basic knowledge of SQL and an understanding of relational database principles would be an advantage.
