Job Title: Customer Success Specialist (German-Speaking) Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid) Operational Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Monday to Friday) Contract Type: Permanent Salary: €35,000 per annum + benefits. Relocation: Provided if outside of Ireland. About the Role We are looking for a German Customer Success Specialist to join our growing Customer Success team. In this key role, you will ensure our customers have an exceptional experience as they begin using our product. You'll work directly with new clients to guide them through the onboarding process, ensuring their success and satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone who is customer-focused, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to help clients optimise their use of HR software. You will work with a small team and report to your Team Leader. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding: Manage the smooth onboarding and implementation of new customers by understanding their needs and ensuring they're set up for success with the product. Customer Support: Provide exceptional support via email, phone, and online demonstrations to ensure clients are confident and satisfied with the product. Data Management: Assist with the import and setup of customer data, ensuring everything aligns with the product requirements. Training Material Development: Contribute to the creation of helpful resources such as help center articles, tutorials, and webinars to support customers. Process Optimization: Continuously look for ways to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and automate tasks when possible. What We're Looking For Fluent in German and English: Strong written and spoken communication skills in both languages. Experience in Customer-Facing Roles: Background in customer success, support, or account management. Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Customer-Focused Problem Solver: A mindset focused on finding solutions to meet customer needs and drive satisfaction. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with data and tools like MS Office, especially Excel. What Would Set You Apart Experience in B2B Software: Knowledge of business-to-business software environments is a plus. Familiarity with Tools: Experience with customer support and engagement platforms like Zendesk, Gainsight, or Jira is advantageous.
