JOB DESCRIPTION
Participate in high-level business & project review meetings for mortgage business operations application modernization projects.
Leverage specialized lending business knowledge for requirements gathering and documentation.
Define as-is process flows, conduct gap analysis, gather business requirements, conduct peer reviews, finalize system specifications, and gain stakeholder approval.
Provide support to business teams by answering questions, clarifying requirements, and resolving issues during design and development.
Support stakeholder management and coordinate between clients and offshore teams during credit application development initiatives.
Provide domain support to development teams on core lending-specific requirements.
Support testing teams in creating, reviewing, and executing test scripts for the credit application modernization project.
Ensure all deliverables meet high quality and standards.
Interact with business owners, product teams, vendors, application owners, external and internal customers to identify and deliver requirements within stipulated timelines.
Provide content leadership in working with clients to define solutions to their business requirements.
Project manage the delivery of the agreed engagement outcomes for the client.
Lead high-level business & project review meetings.
Work with delivery and implementation teams to provide domain inputs and ensure successful delivery and implementation of solutions.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure requirements are clear and well-understood.
Translate business requirement documents into software requirement specifications.
Review test strategies and specifications, assist in functional testing, and support UAT/BAT processes.
