TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the public sector to recruit for a temporaryGrade V- Facilities Officer/ Coordinatorin Dublin.Job type:Temporary month to month contractFull time:35 hours, Monday to FridayPay:€51,718 - €61,866 based on prior relevant public sector experience.OverviewThe Facilities Officer/Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of facilities across three sites.The role involves coordinating contractors, managing maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements, and supporting the delivery of high-quality facilities services within the network.Key ResponsibilitiesContractor & Maintenance Coordination:Oversee and schedule the work of in-house craftsmen and external contractors, ensuring timely completion and quality of maintenance and repair works.Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM):Manage and monitor maintenance records for building systems such as electrical, HVAC, fire safety, lifts, plumbing, medical gases, and other essential hospital infrastructure.Facilities Administration:Maintain accurate records, manage service contracts, oversee quotations and invoices, and develop databases for asset and maintenance tracking.Health, Safety & Compliance:Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation, infection control, and environmental standards.Lead fire safety initiatives and contribute to hygiene and climate action programmes.Stakeholder Liaison:Coordinate with hospital departments, project teams, and external vendors on maintenance works, facility upgrades, and site projects.On-Call & Support Duties:Participate in the facilities on-call rota and respond to operational issues across sites as needed.Confidentiality & Professional Conduct:Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and the ethos of service in all interactions.Overall PurposeTo ensure facilities are safe, compliant, and efficiently maintained to support patient care and service operations, through effective coordination of people, processes, and systems.Please apply with your updated CV asap.#J-*****-Ljbffr
