About the Role We're working with a global manufacturing business based in Carrickfergus to recruit a permanent part-time HR Manager (24 hrs/week), ideal for someone seeking hands-on responsibility and influence within a technical environment.

Key Responsibilities Lead recruitment, onboarding, and selection processes Manage employee relations and benefits Oversee performance management and training initiatives Serve as the site's go-to HR lead, working independently or within a small team Your Profile Degree in HR, business, or related field 5+ years' HR experience-ideally in manufacturing or a similar sector CIPD-qualified (preferred) Solid knowledge of Northern Ireland employment law Experience owning HR processes end-to-end is a strong advantage What We Offer Up to £50k FTE Flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle Why This Role?
