ITAM & Technology Risk Support Contract 12 months.
My a leading global financial services firm is in urgent need of a talented and experienced IT Assets Management Risk support speicalist to join them on a contract basis for 12 months with view for longer.
This contract role will act as a key bridge between the Infrastructure department and the IT Asset Management (ITAM) team, and also support liaison with the Technology Risk, and IT Audit functions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, interpreting, and delivering infrastructure asset data and insights to the ITAM team, in order to reduce the operational burden on SMEs and team leads.
You will be expected to act as the primary point of contact between Infrastructure and ITAM teams, facilitating efficient information flow and collaboration.
You will support Technology Risk and Audit teams by coordinating responses to infrastructure-related queries and reporting requirements.
You will also provide insights and reporting on infrastructure assets using tools such as Service Now, Active Directory, VMware v Center, SCCM, Tanium, Logic Monitor, Solarwinds, Control Up, NICE NTR-X, Cisco Webex and MS- in maintaining and improving asset discovery and reporting processes.
Successful candidates will have proven experience working within an Infrastructure department in a large enterprise understanding of infrastructure asset management practices and lifecycle.
You will have hands-on experience with, Service Now (CMDB management), Active Directory (asset reconciliation), VMware v Center (asset review and reporting).
SCCM (asset tracking and reporting).
You will also have Tanium, Logic Monitor, and Control Up (or similar monitoring tools).
As well as Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
