SUMMARY/POSITION OBJECTIVE: We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, Manager to support our International Payroll department.
This role will be responsible for the processing and delivery of Payroll and associated reporting for over 10 countries in Europe and Asia.
They will be managing day-to-day operations, system implementations, payroll processing, compliance, analysis reporting, enhancements, and special projects.
JOB DUTIES: Monitor and evaluate payroll processes and procedures to ensure controls are effective and compliant with company policies, as well as with all local country legislative requirements.
Prepare and maintain documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for processes, enhancements, and projects.
Assist in and or review end-to-end payroll processing and related activities.
Responsible for training staff on processes and procedures as required.
Resolve day-to-day inquiries and manage employee escalations, ensuring prompt and effective solutions to maintain smooth payroll operations.
Assist with testing related to Time, Payroll, and special projects.
Responsible for the Month-End and Quarter-End processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of all payroll-related financial tasks.
Must have strong interpersonal skills as managing, motivating, and developing a team will be required.
Oversee the reconciling and filing of monthly and quarterly social security, wage taxes and pensions for multiple countries.
Responsible for end-to-end implementation of new country payrolls as required.
Perform other duties or projects as assigned by the management team.
Skills and Experience Requirements Minimum 10 years-experience in a payroll role at a senior analyst role/payroll manager with international payrolls.
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business is required.
A minimum of two years people management experience is required.
Strong ability to breakdown information, analyze it, and communicate results.
Experience with payroll system implementation and integration.
Excel super-user (Pivots, Formulas, Macros, etc.).
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and assignments, meet deadlines, and communicate results.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills are mandatory.

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail are a necessity.
Experience with Workday and/or Oracle platforms.
