BAND: 6 JOB PURPOSE: To support the L&OD Manager and L&OD Business Partners to deliver an effective and efficient Learning & Organisational Development (LOD) service, providing professional, proactive, customer orientated and high-quality L&OD solutions to support NIHE business and OD objectives REQUIREMENTS: 1.

EITHER i) Possess a degree or equivalent level qualification (Level 6*) in a relevant subject e.g.

Human Resource Management, Business Management, Organisational Psychology, Organisational Development or Learning & Development or similar.

OR ii) Possess a degree or equivalent level qualification (Level 6*) and can demonstrate equivalent underpinning knowledge and continuing professional development in relevant subjects It will be the responsibility of the applicant to demonstrate equivalency *Refer to Qualifications Framework for equivalencies APPLICATION PROCESS Application should be made using the on-line application form.
