Role information: Management of Accounts Payable function including: Ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and expense reports.
Collaborate with other departments to solve invoice queries.
Oversee weekly and monthly payment runs.
Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes for accounts payable Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting pack balance sheet reconciliations for all TB codes.
Assisting with daily and weekly reporting Preparation of bank reconciliations and resolving queries in a timely manner.
Assisting with budgeting & forecasting processes Assisting with administration and processing functions Monitoring and evaluating operational financial controls and policies To prepare, monitor and review AP KPIs.
Prepare and file tax returns, including VAT, corporation tax, and other statutory filings.
Assisting with the annual audit process from hotels viewpoint Other general accounts related assistance To comply and adhere to all company policies and existing/future procedures related to Human Resources, including managing employee visa restrictions and compliance.
