
Contract Management Administrator

Supporting a group of Directors and Senior Managers, you will be required to co-ordinate busy, and at times conflicting, demands - often under time pressure.
In return you will have the opportunity to expand your skillset and establish yourself as a vital and valued member of the team.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Providing general administrative support to the Contract Management team Tracking, delegating and reporting on incoming communications Producing charts and presentations using Word, Powerpoint, Excel and other systems Producing and distributing management reports Recording and distributing electronic and other forms of communication Supporting Claims management by maintaining accurate and up-to-date trackers Maintaining a document control system Supporting creation of Scope of Works documentation which clearly define responsibilities for workstacks Scheduling and arranging key meetings, including capturing minutes Providing a central point of contact for the Contract Management team WHAT WILL YOU BRING? Previous experience in a similar role with strong administrative skills Grammatical accuracy and attention to detail Ability to proofread and correct documents Demonstrable ability to work in a professional environment Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines Work collaboratively as part of a team IS FIBRUS FOR ME?
