
Property Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Administration Officer to join our property team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our solicitors, managing correspondence, preparing legal documents, and handling client queries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing administrative and secretarial support to solicitors within the property department
• Managing correspondence, preparing legal documents, and handling client queries
• Typing up contracts, leases, and other documents using digital dictation
• Maintaining accurate files and case management systems
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and Land Registry
Candidate Criteria:
• Previous experience in a property administration or legal administration role is essential
• Strong typing skills and experience with digital dictation
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office and case management systems
• Professional, discreet, and client-focused
