The HR System Support Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our HR systems, which include Employee Talent and Recruitment Modules.
This individual will provide critical support to system users, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and maintain the careers website to attract top talent.
This role requires a proactive, driven, and technically adept individual who is passionate about improving HR processes through effective system management.
Essential: HR system experience.
Basic understanding of web technologies for maintaining the Careers website.
Experience with system troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Proficient/ Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
Report writing experience.
Ability to deal effectively with confidential & sensitive material.
Experience of working in an office environment.
Project team experience.
Desirable: Data analysis experience.
Knowledge of HR legislation.
