Sales Manager £60,000 - £65,000 + excellent benefits We are working with a leading international manufacturer to appoint a new Sales Manager.

In this role, you will take charge of the internal Sales Management function, leading a team of Sales and Account Executives and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department.

Key responsibilities will include: Sales Management of staff and Key Account Management Overseeing and coordinating all RFQ activities Developing, refining, and delivering the sales & marketing strategy Travelling to customer manufacturing sites when required What we're looking for: A degree (or education) in Mechanical Engineering - essential Strong track record in sales, account management, or order fulfilment within an engineering or manufacturing environment Proven leadership and supervisory experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to travel to customer sites when required INDCG Skills: Sales Manager mechanical engineering senior sales sales director technical sales technical sales manager Benefits: Fantastic benefits package
