My client, a top Building Contractor based in Cork are now searching for a Foreman.

This client has an excellent pipeline of work with projects such as Hotels, Apartments and Warehouses with offices.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to develop their career within the construction industry in an exciting, growing firm.

Role: Liaise with Directors, projects team, design team and subcontractors throughout the project.

Plan and coordinate all site operations.

Resource and schedule work and materials in line with construction program.

Regular progress reporting.

Maintain highest standards of health and safety.

Maintain all site records, certs etc.

Work closely with Contracts mangers, project managers and QS, advising on upcoming issues Requirements: Commercial construction management/supervisory experience (+5 years) Ideally from a Carpentry background Internal refurbishment and fit out experience Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written Computer literate and experience with MS Office Good manager with motivational skills Independent and team worker, who leads by example Ideally, a background in carpentry Safe Pass (CSCS an advantage) Package: 70k - 80k DOE Company vehicle/car allowance Performance Bonus Company pension Employee Assistance Programme Professional development & training opportunities Great working conditions with a progressive company If you are a Foremanconsidering a career move, please feel to send your CV or contact Lisa Cullen on for a confidential discussion.
