Staff retention is genuinely above industry average ??? What Youll Own You'll be the driving force behind the planning, installation and quality delivery of mechanical services on major construction sites.

Your role spans the full lifecycle from kick-off to commissioning and covers everything from sequencing, subcontractor management and quality control, to technical problem-solving, risk mitigation and stakeholder communication.

Youll lead teams with confidence, manage suppliers like a pro, and ensure safety, performance and timelines are rock-solid throughout.

What Youll Bring A solid background in mechanical project delivery (5+ years ideally) Ideally some qualifications in Building Services / HVAC (HNC minimum) and site safety (SMSTS) Practical knowledge of HVAC/plumbing systems and the regulations that matter Strong tech skills and confidence using construction management tools Sharp planning skills, natural leadership, and a calm head under pressure ? Ready to Raise the Bar? This is more than a job.
