Engineering Leadership Role

This role involves overseeing various engineering contracts within a mechanical team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and supervision to team members ensuring works are completed on time and to the right quality.
  • Ensure business policies and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within each contract.
  • Manage engineers working productively, completing reactive jobs on-site, and providing technical support where needed.
  • Keep stakeholders updated at all times.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • Minimum 5 years in Engineering Management (Building Services / Mechanical)
  • Proven track record in delivering effective customer service while maintaining appropriate operating margins
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and retain a dispersed workforce
  • Experience in overseeing projects, managing teams, and working towards health and safety standards
  • Ability to meet deadlines, manage conflicting priorities, and work well under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
