My client are a trusted partner to the Life Sciences and logistics industries, delivering advanced technology solutions and Managed Services that drive operational excellence.
As part of their growth and an internal promotion, they are looking to hire a senior business development manager to manage current clients and win new clients across Ireland.
Their business focus includes : Process Control & Automation cutting-edge platforms that enhance efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
Bioreactor Control Platforms innovative solutions for Biotech manufacturing.
Machine Vision Systems advanced hardware and software that improve packaging line efficiency and quality control.
Professional & Managed Services Functional Service Provision (FSP), Managed Service Provision (MSP), engineering projects, and SLA-driven support services.
They are now seeking an ambitious and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth across my clients full suite of products and services.
This is a senior client-facing role requiring for driving growth and managing current accounts across all of my clients offerings, including automation, machine vision (hardware and software), process control platforms, bioreactor solutions, and managed services.
Key Responsibilities : Strategic Business Development Identify, target, and secure new opportunities across pharma, biotech, and broader life sciences.
Develop and execute account strategies for growth in existing clients.
Drive revenue growth across the entire portfolio of services being offered (automation, machine vision, process control, bioreactor platforms, FSP, MSP, engineering, and SLA services).
Client Leadership Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders (Directors, VPs, Heads of Manufacturing/Operations/Engineering/Automation).
Position my client as a long-term strategic partner in technology and service transformation.
Lead high-value negotiations and manage executive-level relationships.
Sales Execution Deliver against annual sales and margin targets.
