Post ID: 038503 Post Summary This role is responsible for delivering a high-quality, customer-focused service for probations, academic progressions, and academic promotions including clinical.
The successful candidate will provide an advisory support service to people manager and employees on the effective management of career progression processes, ensuring an outstanding experience for employees and people managers across the university.
As a specialist role, it provides vital support to Heads of School, Discipline, Department, and People Managers and may be called upon to give advice as well as process and analyse complex information.
This support spans the various stages of employee career progression, including probation, junior academic progression, tenure track, and academic and/or clinical promotions.
The role holder will serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the above-named processes.
They will be responsible for ensuring a professional, efficient, and welcoming experience for employees and managers participating in career progression stages and academic promotion competitions.
Post status: Permanent Contract Hours of Post: 35 hours per week Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 2 Salary Scale (€58,415 - €68,639 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy.
