Event Marketing Associate

This role plays a pivotal part in managing brand presence and marketing efforts for events, reporting directly to the VP of Events.

The ideal candidate will possess creativity, design expertise, collaboration, communication, and analytical skills to enhance brand recognition and engagement at events.

  • Develop engaging event booths that adhere to brand guidelines, captivating attendees with memorable and impactful experiences.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and digital teams to create and manage brand activations, enhancing brand presence and engagement with target audiences.
  • Oversight of branded merchandise selection, design, and inventory to ensure alignment with brand identity and maximize brand recognition.
  • Creation and management of event collateral, including brochures, flyers, and speaking cards, to support event objectives and provide valuable information to attendees.
  • Coordinate with social media teams to write, design, and share social media posts promoting events, increasing awareness and driving engagement.
  • Management of invitations, reminders, and thank-you emails to ensure effective communication with attendees and enhance the overall event experience.
  • Identification, tracking, and reporting on performance metrics for event marketing campaigns to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies.
  • Implementation of campaigns to nurture and strengthen relationships with event attendees, fostering long-term engagement and loyalty.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in event marketing, branding, or a related field.
  • Strong creative and design skills with the ability to develop engaging marketing materials.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical skills to track and report on performance metrics and inform decision-making.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including social media and project management software.
