Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth across hotel properties, analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and key partners, leveraging your excellent communication and negotiation skills to build long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales, marketing, and revenue growth plans, collaborating with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and areas for improvement, informing business strategies and driving results-oriented decision-making.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms that meet the needs of both parties.
  • Collaborate with hotel operations to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients, streamlining processes and improving efficiency where possible.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and business development strategies to senior management, providing data-driven insights to inform key decisions.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel brand and stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address issues to maintain long-term relationships, continually seeking ways to improve customer experience and loyalty.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across hotel services, including rooms, events, F&B, and loyalty programs, maximizing revenue potential and driving business growth.
  • Mentor and support junior sales or business development staff, sharing best practices and strategies to help them succeed in their roles.
