We are urgently looking for an Account Service Coordinator to join our Device Intelligence team. The Ideal candidate should have experience with Telematics background and experience in a customer-facing role and Experience in Vendor Management.

Required:

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the UK and Ireland market, and a deep understanding of our products. Candidates should have a clear understanding of what drives customer satisfaction, and also strong willingness to develop further.

Professional we are looking for should have well developed skills listed below:

● Telematics background and experience in a customer-facing role;

● Experience with industrial systems, electronics, or similar hands-on work is a plus;

● Experience in Vendor Management and Scheduling Service Deployment activities would be

appreciated;

● Fluent written and verbal communication in, English and another European language is a plus;

● Experience with CRM systems - Salesforce would be preferred;

● Strong communication and listening skills;

● Well-developed time management and prioritization skills;

● Structured "can-do" approach to open matters and tasks in a demanding environment;

● Methodical and conscientious documentation skills;

● Willingness to develop while identifying opportunities over self-reflection;

● Ability to work under pressure
