About us:
Situated in the heart of Dublin, our venue comprises high & low volume operations with two restaurants, multiple event spaces, and a busy cocktail bar & rooftop terrace. We cater to a diverse clientele, hosting a wide range of events from intimate gatherings to large-scale weddings and corporate functions for groups of 2 to 250 guests. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and make a real impact as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities:- Operational Management: Lead and motivate restaurant teams to deliver exceptional service while ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations that meet all company standards.
- Team Leadership: Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs so that the front of house and back of house are working smoothly, hand-in-hand, review upcoming bookings, align schedules, and ensure all necessary plans and resources are in place for successful service.
- Event Management: In conjunction with the sales & events team, coordinate events, acting as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Financial Performance: Monitor and analyse financial performance, ensuring achievement of weekly revenue targets and KPIs.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Staff Development: Drive standards throughout the team through implementation of training, coaching, feedback, and briefings for all team members in the restaurants.
- Cost Management: Schedule and maintain budgeted labour.
- Cash Handling: Oversee daily cash handling procedures, including accurate cash float management, till balancing, and end-of-day reconciliations.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience managing high-volume hospitality venues with a passion for hospitality—whether that's a drink, a meal, or an event
