Hotel Manager (m/f/d) at Ruby Hotels – Dublin

Responsibilities
  • Represent your hotel as the go-to person for your team, guests, and external service providers and partners in all matters
  • Build a strong team by taking charge of recruitment, onboarding, and development while fostering a positive and collaborative working atmosphere
  • Roll up your sleeves because you're not just a manager but an active part of the team – leading by example
  • Keep a sharp eye on the numbers, stick to the set budgets, and manage forecasting and cost control with precision
  • Spot trends, streamline processes, and stay ahead of the game with strategic planning to keep your hotel moving forward
  • Ensure everything runs smoothly by complying with HACCP, occupational safety, fire protection, and other legal requirements
  • Bring the Ruby Spirit to life by implementing internal styles and maintaining quality standards
  • Work closely with your Cluster Manager and all relevant departments at the Corporate Office to stay aligned and connected
Qualifications
  • Completed professional training in the hotel industry and/or hold a degree in hospitality or business administration
  • Extensive experience in an operational leadership role or a similar position in lifestyle hospitality or gastronomy
  • Strong knowledge of POS, PMS, and business management
  • A motivating and charismatic leader with an authentic and loyal nature, able to lead and be a team player
  • A warm and welcoming personality and strong communication skills
  • A knack for charming guests, with a hands-on mentality
  • Fluent English
