We are seeking a skilled L2/3 Service Desk IT Engineer to join our client's dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will provide advanced technical support, resolve complex IT issues, and ensure the stability and performance of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and support Office 365, Google Workspace, and Atlassian Cloud applications.
- Configure and maintain servers (Windows Server, Hyper-V, VMware).
- Implement and manage security solutions (firewalls, endpoint protection).
- Administer backup solutions and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT processes.
- Document IT procedures and provide training to end-users.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an L2/3 IT support role.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Office 365, virtualization, and network management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (CompTIA, Microsoft, VMware) are a plus.
