Overview

Accounts Payable Assistant role at Soundstore focusing on supplier invoicing and payments, ensuring accurate processing and documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Matching and inputting supplier invoices.
  • Preparation and processing of payment runs.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
  • Raising debit note claims with suppliers.
  • Following up on debit note listings with suppliers.
  • Inputting credit notes matching the debit notes.
  • Continuously improving the payment processes of the company.
  • Ensuring the correct supporting documentation is available for audits.
  • Other ad hoc duties.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP Business One) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Experience in a similar role would be beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail is critical.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, confidentiality and trust.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and on their own.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
