Grant Documentation Administrator - Maternity Cover role at Ashgrove Renewables. This is an office based role with flexibility around working hours. Temporarily to cover maternity leave for a 9 month contract initially. The role supports the QA & Documentation division and Health & Safety function.
Responsibilities- Document Management: Maintain and organise documentation related to grant applications, approvals, financial reports, and other relevant materials.
- Preparation of Grant Documentation: Ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Compliance Tracking: Monitor grant deadlines and ensure all documentation is submitted promptly.
- Data Entry and Database Management: Input and maintain data in the grant management software or database, ensuring that information is accurate and up-to-date.
- H&S: Maintain and collate health and safety records, RAMs and other associated H&S administrative tasks.
- Communication Support: Liaise with homeowners, BER Assessors, builders and other professionals on documentation requirements.
- Document Formatting: Assist with the preparation of grant documents, creating templates, and ensuring consistency in presentation.
- Audit Preparation: Assist in preparing for internal or external audits by ensuring proper documentation is available and organized.
- Administrative Support: Support the grant team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and conducting basic research on potential grant opportunities.
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative and document coordination role.
- Previous experience in grant administration is advantageous, as is experience working with government departments, within the renewable energy sector.
- Health and Safety experience desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM database management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
