Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to be the welcoming face of our organization. As a key support to our busy marketing and communications function, this is a part-time job-share position that combines reception duties with administrative support.

This role involves greeting visitors, managing calls, and ensuring our reception area reflects our high standards. Behind the scenes, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks, from raising purchase requisitions and processing requests from the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome visitors, clients, and suppliers with warmth and professionalism.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently.
  • Maintain a tidy, professional reception area at all times.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post/couriers.

Marketing & Communications Administrative Support:
  • Create purchase requisitions and process sponsorship and donation requests.
  • Assist with meeting arrangements, hospitality, and events as required.
  • Support Marketing & Communications with ad-hoc administrative tasks, including maintaining contact lists, filing, and preparing basic documents.

General:
  • Liaise effectively with colleagues across the business and Group companies.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist with other administrative duties as required to support the smooth running of the office.
