Job Summary
  • We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Business Analytics Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional with a strong foundation in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), data visualization, and business performance evaluation. You will leverage tools like ChurnZero, HubSpot, NetSuite, and our Datalake to drive insights, optimize campaigns, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform regular financial and sentiment analysis using data from ChurnZero, HubSpot, NetSuite, and internal Datalake systems to support realtime reporting and dashboards.
  • Build and maintain Online models to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Create visually impactful dashboards and reports using PowerBI/Tableau and other visualization tools.
  • Validate data accuracy and extract, interpret, and analyze large datasets to identify key metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and executive decision-making.
  • Conduct segment reviews and campaign analysis by integrating data from LinkedIn and internal sources.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by building strong relationships across departments and communicating complex findings in a clear, actionable manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a Business related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in business analytics, FP&A, or management consulting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and data querying tools.
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting and accounting standards.
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems such as HubSpot, NetSuite, and ChurnZero.
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems and communicate insights effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and data lakes.
  • Familiarity with SQL or Python for data manipulation.
  • Prior experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business model.
